The same thing happened to me and I still haven’t received an approved video from Tutor ABC. they claimed my video didn’t meet their standards because of the wall in my apartment being black and there’s literally nothing I can do about that when recording my introduction video. even the blurred out version of my video was rejected and all I got was their typical AI chat GPT response 🙃

@Phillipe Maybe you can try changing the background color in an editing app. Not sure if that feature is available in Canva.

Same thing has happened to me. Any updates on this? regarding the pending photos and videos? I've only had 1 class since starting on July 16. Hope someone can help. would love to have more students.
