UNSOLVED PLEASE HELP!!!

You missed the 23 hour deadline -should have been done by 14 .30

@Chinonye Honestly, and I mean no offense to you when I say this, live and learn. I think it's happened to us all, where we forget. For me, I make it a habit and thus far it has been 100% effective and preventing unpaid classes.
Pretend I have three classes. I'll call it Class #1, Class #2, and Class #3. When I finish with Class #1, I get into Class #2's room (so I don't get switched), and then immediately complete the progress report for Class #1. Then I click the "refresh" link on the top right and ENSURE that the bubble is gray next to the Class #1. I've had times when I didn't complete it (forgot to click this or forgot to click that) and when I refreshed it, no gray bubble, I went back, found the oopsie, and completed it.
Don't move on until the bubble is gray. Don't rely on the "23 hour rule" as it will burn you.
Hope this helps!

@Chinonye If it was a 45-minute session, you completed it at 15:15, so it should be all right.
("The Teacher submits a progress report on each Client attending a Session within 23 hours of its completion")

@Sanja-52 At 16:15, I mean 😀 Sorry

I do all my progress reports at once, at the end of the day, so I like to set a reminder on my phone to complete them. This way it's never out of my mind because the reminder widget is on my home screen.

@Alan-68 thank you, I'll try this approach.

We are encouraged to submit reports within 23 hours of the lesson completion. You can't go wrong if you do that.
However, the reality is it's 24hrs from the start time.
Therefore, a 15:30 class on the 20th can be submitted up to 15:29:59 on the 21st. However, as the folks here suggest - Don't leave it till then.
15:07 is within the time limit, but would have been too late to affect the 15:30 payroll update. Once payroll updates at 00:00 later, you will see that it changes from "Report Not Filled" to showing the payment amount.

@Matthew-A said in PLEASE HELP!!!:
We are encouraged
to submit reports within 23 hours of the lesson completion. You can't go wrong if you do that.Let me translate what @Matthew-A said in the bolded portion: "If you are serious about wanting to get paid and don't feel like donating your hard work, effort, and energy to TABC and thus be a slave, then it is highly advisable that you complete your progress reports before the 23rd hour mark to prevent you not getting paid."
I think I translated correctly. Matthew can tell me otherwise. LOL.
Encouraged = advised

@Sanja-52 Exactly my thoughts!

@Matthew-A thank you so much. This clarifies why a submission within mathematical limits wasn't permitted.
