First No-Show-No notification of Class!

@Marko-I Thank you for clarifying. I didn't read that anywhere- That you could be booked beforehand. Plus, I can't remake the videos right now. That was nerve-wrecking. I'm much better live.
I can't afford to have any money deducted. Is it best to wait until another time to work Tutorabc? I don't want my first class to be a no-show with a deduction. What's the best course of action now?

One more question....The system won't allow me to remove my fixed times. I have an appointment tomorrow afternoon that cannot be changed if I receive a class. Can someone help me? I want to remove my morning and early afternoon times for tomorrow. Thank you.

@Rebecca-389 Use the cancellation system to cancel tomorrow's fixed schedule slots. Hit 'teaching' , then 'my cancellations' and finally 'new cancellation'. check the boxes you can't do and provide a reason in the box.
-
@Rebecca-389 Green means that there is no class scheduled yet. You have to check an hour before the time slot.

Telegram doesn't understand why my phone, purchased in Vietnam, has an Indonesian phone number. It cannot send the code to my Indonesian number. It will only send the code to a Vietnamese number since my phone was bought there. I'll ask some expats in our Bali group if there's a way to work around it.

My fixed schedule for tomorrow has the following times: 8:30, 9:30, 10:30, 13:30, 14:30, 18:30, 19:30.
Now the only classes available to cancel are between 20:30-22:30. I didn't choose these times as part of my fixed schedule!
Is there a glitch?
I only want to cancel the classes between 8:30-18:30 for tomorrow.

Telegram is designed to use your phone's country code to send the verification code to the phone number associated with that SIM card, regardless of where you bought the phone. The issue isn't with the phone's origin but with your phone's ability to receive the code. Double-check that you have the correct Indonesian country code and phone number, ensure your SIM card is functioning correctly and has a good network signal, and disable any SMS filtering settings that might be blocking the code.
- Verify the Phone Number and Country Code
Incorrect Number: The most common reason for not receiving the code is a typo in the phone number.
Correct Country Code: Make sure you've selected the correct country code for your Indonesian number (+62).
No Spaces or Special Characters: Enter the phone number without spaces or other symbols.
- Verify the Phone Number and Country Code

Please understand, I'm not given the option to cancel the classes between 8:30-18:30 tomorrow.
The Telegram issue is specific to Indonesia. The information online states it should work, but it doesn't. I appreciate your efforts to help. :)

@Rebecca-389 For canceling classes under 24 hours, use the URGENT tab.

Oh! I think I understand now. I must enter the missing times in the reason box. I got it! Thanks again.!

@Rebecca-389 No, you have to have a page like this.

Hi Rebecca,
I encountered the same problem recently. It’s essential to clarify that we will begin our work as soon as we submit our hours, even if there are still outstanding issues or approvals pending. This situation has been incredibly frustrating and perplexing for many of us. I believe it’s unjust for teachers to face penalties or consequences due to these administrative delays, as we are doing our best to fulfill our responsibilities despite the circumstances.
