Hello,
I opened a ticket yesterday to request the closing of my account. I noticed I have another no-show. Can someone assist with this? Or should I allow the no-shows to accumulate until my contract is terminated? If a member of Tutorabc would like to email me, I'd be happy to explain what happened.

I believe you have to cancel all slots first, they need to be empty to make sure you have no more no-shows and deductions. Go to the cancellation page and start cancelling. BTW comms takes a few days to answer any messages. If you don't teach for over a month (correct me if I'm wrong) your account get deactivated immediately. I hope it helps!

If you make a cancellation of more than 30 days your account should automatically be suspended.
