Pending Videos...How Long?

Hello,
My videos have been pending since Saturday. Can someone from the Tutorabc team check on this? It took a lot of takes to get them right. I want to start teaching this week.
Also, my profile photos were originally approved, but I didn't submit the videos at that time. When I submitted the videos, I noticed the profile photos were removed!

They should be approved soon, our admin department doesn't work on the weekends. You'll probably have to resubmit your photos with your videos.

Thank you for clarifying, Jennifer! I read another post where it took them over a week to approve the videos. I sincerely hope it's today!

Okay, I uploaded the rejected intro-self introduction, and hopefully the photo is the right size. The profile photos were approved again. I'm only waiting for the videos to be approved. Fingers crossed! :)

@Tamanna Thats a difficult one but first look for what requirerments they want. How long, size, MP4, Have a plain background or a background for one of them and make sure you cover the areas they ask for. Your name, where your from, where you graduated from with what, your teachign certificate, what you enjoy doing and a short phylosophy on why you like to teach. If you include all of that and make it a minute or less with a clear voice and background on MP4. You can than condense with free video condenser that creates an acceptable size. The main thing is to cover all of the area and have a very clear video in voice and backgraound. Make sure your in the middle of your screen.

@Rachel-358 The original emails said that videos would be reviewed 'weekly' so I suppose if you submit on a Monday, and they only review on Thursday (for example) then yours will take longer, than someone who submitted on Wednesday

My video got rejected because of the landscape orientation even though I used the default Tutor ABC record now option just to be safe >_<
