My ‘Weekly Schedule’ button has been removed along with my fixed hours. I’m not sure what to do, as I would like to book more hours but can’t find the option anywhere

Based on this, I'm pretty sure they didn't upload videos on time and were suspended until the videos are completed and approved. And yes, the company communicates well in advance what we need to do before a certain date (like upload videos before August whatever or get suspended)

Hello, teachers. Still wondering about my account, which has not been scheduled for almost a month, I messaged the communications center, and they told me that my account is visible, fully functional, and has no restrictions. Student demand and scheduling fluctuations are the reasons, according to them, but I am not convinced, since I am not getting at least one a day.

To give us more of a picture, it would be helpful to know the answers to the following questions:
Have you had any disconnections or absences recently?
Have you done any last minute cancellations (within 48 hours) recently?
Have you received any complaints recently?
Have you had more than a week off (in one go) recently?
Are your classes mostly scheduled by AI, booked by followers, or a mix?
Is your profile complete and up to date?

@Joy-74 Open the “Monthly Scheduled” option on the My Session Page to check scheduled classes. Classes in yellow are scheduled by AI, classes in red are scheduled by followers.

@Deborah-0 What I did was record my videos on my Iphone landscape mode, less than a minute long, and edited them by adding lots of brightness. I hope it helps you.
