HELP! New Teacher - Profile, Schedule, Cancellations, Absence

I’m new here and haven’t yet completed my training, profile information, or video uploads. I had previously marked August 30 as the date for my first session, but I also received an email stating that without verification I cannot have classes. Now I’ve received notifications saying I missed classes yesterday and today, although my profile and training are still incomplete. I’m not sure how to proceed, specifically, how to adjust my schedule or postpone my sessions until the end of the week so I can finish the videos and upload the required information. I guess I misunderstood something. I’d greatly appreciate your guidance on this. Thank you!

@Heghine Please check the My Session Page an hour before for the hours you have submitted to the company.
- If you get 6 absences, you will be terminated.
- You can cancel all the sessions for the rest of the week by using the Cancellation System under the Teaching tab on your Home Page.
