The website isn’t loading!!
-
Hey,
I was supposed to have a class 2 minutes ago, but the website kept on loading for more than 15 minuted. Now I am absent for lesson even though I was trying to log into the system
-
The website is still loading and I have a nother class in an hour. What to do so I don’t get a deduction and absence warning?

Try and open a practice room.
If it works, then maybe your issue was a temporary one. If not, restart your router to see if your connection improves.
There are no other reported issues at 20:30 GMT +8 - so it's likely to be your ISP's connection.
-
Mine is working fine. I'm in class now, and I logged 10 min before the class as I always do.
- Have you tried INCOGNITO mode in Chrome?
- Have you tried a different browser (Edge, Brave, Safari)?
- Have you tried turning on/off your WIFI?
- Do you have a backup internet, like mobile data to try and connect through it?
- If you have router, do you connect to it through WIFI or LAN CABLE?
-
No issue for me in Thailand. Four classes no issues. I'm sorry. :(

☹️☹️☹️thank you guys. I have a video of the website while it’s not loading and at the same moment a speedtest showing that the connection is good, can this be used to cancel the deductions and the absence from the record?

@Heba-2 probably not considering others were fine
-
@Heba-2 Just a quick note: the speed test only measures your internet's upload and download speeds. It doesn't prove internet reliability or stability. Things like connection drops or lag can still happen even with high speeds.
-
@Jennifer-M slight correction, it only measures your download and upload speed between you and a certain server. If you use Ookla speedtest, it usually defaults to the closest major server to your location, therefore 99.9% of the time you get the best result.
You could manually change it to a Taiwan server for a more accurate result, but this still doesn't mean anything in terms of connecting to tutormeet.com
If there is an issue along the piepline from your ISP to wheverever tutormeet.com is hosted, then you probably won't know and proving who's fault it is... well, just move on

Thank youuu all, you are all very supportive!
Can someone explain to me how the absence/ cancellation affect your job here. I mean is it counted by the number of absence in a month, or the total of absence during the whole contract period. What does it mean to appeal it?
