How am I going to meet with the students online?

This is my first time having a session scheduled on August 5th at 19:30, and I am not sure how to meet with the students online. Should I simply log in to the website, or is there a specific link I need to use?

Go to your My Session Page.
The 'Start Session' button will appear at around 19:20 (ten minutes before).
