@Isabell You don`t need to do anything other than keep teaching and giving your best (which I am sure you do). Service agreements are given out a week before the current one expires. So yes, pretty much automatic.

Don't worry @Isabell. Something like 99% of contracts are renewed automatically (around 1 week before the expiry date).
The exception to this is when there are serious/major concerns about a teacher's professionalism or teaching ability. However, in these cases, mentoring and opportunities to improve are given beforehand.
