What should I do if Student didn't show up in class but it still says that I need to fill in the report?

Hi! I am a new teacher who is still struggling with the system😅
As the title says, I had an 1on2 class this morning and I think I saw one of the student entered the classroom for 10seconds ish then she disappeared, I still have another student to take care of so I didn't care much about her situation, but she never came back the classroom again until the class finished. However, the system still ask me to fill in her report, what should I do?

@Zoe-97 Yes, you still need to fill the progress report and write something similar to what @Marianna-7 suggested. Hope this helps.

As @Marianna-7 says - comment about their attendance so it's clear they didn't attend. You can mention parts of the recording so she knows what was covered and what she'll find when/if she watches it back.

Just follow the average pattern from other teachers since you have to score the student somehow.
