@Jennifer-M Great, easy to follow (and colorful) checklist. I just bookmarked it! Thx!
-
@Marko-4 Thank you for your response. I'll do the browser screenshot :-)

@Jennifer-M Really nice list, thank you. Where would clearing cookies/cache go?
I had a head-banging moment this month where I couldn't hear the student, even though the volume bar was moving for her. I couldn't hear clapping either. The problem only went away after I cleared all cookies. Curiously, the problem was in Chrome and Edge simultaneously and in incognito mode. Restarting the computer did nothing!
-
P.S. This was ultra weird as I had taught three classes successfully before hers.

@Andrew-23 I'm not the most tech savvy person, but I do know that clearing your cache can help for faster loading and remove outdated data. Cookies can also become outdated or even corrupted which can cause issues so clearing those out basically gives you a clean slate to navigate.
-
cached data is faster than uncached data in almost every context
from experience https://consultant.tutorabc.com/ is pretty good with cookies and session timeouts
https://community2.tutorabc.com/ seems to be persistant in terms of cookies/session
-
@Della-2 I would suggest opening a second tab, entering the session, and THEN write your report. That's what I do, and if there is any delay in loading, you have more time to sort it.
-
@Masooda That is wonderful to hear! It's rare that they invalidate an absence, but I guess if you are persistent and have enough evidence, they will sometimes do it. Well done!
-
Why write feedback between breaks? It sounds a bit risky. Was this a 45 minute class?

@Jennifer-M Thank you for an easy to follow guidance! However, I've been doing all these steps and more. Doesn't work. I honestly believe there's a bug on the platform as I have the issue only on this platform.
