Cancelling scheduled classes a week in advance?

Hi! I am new-ish to the company and still learning how things are done! I have 2 classes scheduled during my fixed hours a week from today. If I cancel those classes, will I be penalized? I do not want to do anything to hurt my chances of being booked. But I totally forgot I had an event planned that day during my fixed schedule. I do not have any free passes since I have not worked for the company long, so I just wanted to see if this would hurt my chances of getting booked if I cancelled? Thank you! :)

@Kristian-14 As long as you notify them 48 hours in advance you should be fine and also so long as it is not too often. I believe you are all good. Hope this helps.

You can cancel without issue if it’s more than 48 hours before the start time. If you cancel within 48 hours, your profile may be hidden, and if it’s within 4 hours, a financial penalty will also apply.
