New Prestigious Taiwanese School Project
-
Dear Teachers,
We’re pleased to announce that TutorABC has partnered with a prestigious Taiwanese school, leading to a significant increase in teacher demand on Saturdays at 8:30, 9:30, 10:30, and 11:30 a.m. (GMT+8) starting in April for the rest of the year.
If you are interested in this project, please let us know your availability for these timeslots by filling out the following survey https://www.surveycake.com/s/02lv9. If any of these one-hour slots align with your availability, we'll swiftly integrate them into your fixed schedule starting in April. Even if you are not selected for the project, these lessons are around our peak hours, and any teacher available at this time will still benefit from increased scheduling, so please don’t hesitate to open up these hours!
Teachers selected for the project are expected to commit to these classes, and to avoid cancelling as far as possible. If anything comes up, please let us know in advance.
Thanks again for your ongoing dedication to your classes and we look forward to having everyone on board!
FAQ:
Q1: Will selecting the timeslots mentioned above affect my fixed schedule for April?
A1: Your original fixed schedule for April will remain unchanged. The extra timeslots you select above will simply be added to your existing schedule for April and going forward.
Q2: Do I need to submit another request besides this survey to specify my April fixed schedule?
A2: No, we will add the additional hours for you after we receive your survey response ASAP.
Q3: If I want to add more teaching hours for future months to my fixed schedule mentioned above, do I need to fill out the survey again?
A3: No, simply open the hours you're available before submitting your fixed schedule for future months.
If you have any further questions, please send a message titled Taiwanese School Project to the Comm Center.

@Matthew-A what is the rate of pay?
-
Your usual Reg 25 or Reg 45 pay depending on class length (both are possible, I'm told).
-
@Matthew-A is there anything different in terms of teaching the class?
Up to 4 students in class? Any other comments about the materials or similar?
Thank you
-
@Katarina-1 Have asked...will let you know.
-
@Matthew-A Was this an email that was sent to everyone? I haven't received anything in my inbox.
-
@Gavin-0 Announcement on your homepage.
-
@Matthew-A I'm already booked for those hours. Will my bookings automatically populate due to need or do I need to do the survey? I'm packed on weekends as it is.
-
@David-552 Yes. same here. I usually have HK classes at those times. How will this work?
I think it is good TutorABC is finally getting more school projects. Just wish we could fit them in around The HK classes since they are off on vacation for two weeks now.
-
@David-552 From what I know, you would still need to do the survey, as they are looking for teachers who can commit to those hours and have some kind of fixed schedule.
-
@Matthew-A Will these new school classes clash with the HK classes? Are there any other times available eg: afternoons?
-
-
@Gavin-0 Just these ones for now 👆🏻
-
@Matthew-A Okies. Just wish there were afternoon time spots.
-
@Matthew-A Kind sir, only one timeslot can be selected. I wanted to do 9:30, 10:30 and 11:30 but alas, it will only let me select one.
-
@Gavin-0 Ah, yes. I see. Let me flag that now. Thanks.
-
@Matthew-A If we want to do more than one slot should we fill in multiple surveys? Many thanks in advance.
-
-
@Matthew-A Awesome thanks very much I have submitted my availability.
-
I am usually booked at these times anyway with my regulars but I am always happy to help where needed.
But is it possible to have more information about the type of classes and class size please.Thank you
