@YiChien Hi, you should be fine.
When cancelling classes, do it as early as possible.
I’ve already canceled all the sessions I had booked for that day. The system instantly approved my request, and the bookings disappeared from my schedule. Does this mean I’m good to go without any penalties?
This is correct.
Will this affect my free passes, reduce the number of cancellations I have available over a six-month period, or result in any penalties? I assume it won’t since I planned ahead of time.
No, cancellations and free passes are not related.
Free passes are used when we're absent without canceling in advance or if we fail to join the classroom on time.
Cancellations will be factored into your cancellation rate, and if you cancel too often, it may lead to scheduling restrictions.
Should I still submit my fixed schedule (a minimum of five sessions per week) for August and September first, and then request to cancel some of them later?
As far as I know, we all must have a minimum of 5 fixed hours to work here.
You don't need to change the fixed schedule every month.
Once you set it, you are good to go, and when you need to cancel, just do it as early as possible.
And when you want to teach more, open manually as early as possible.
When you know that you will be busy, try to conduct at least 1 session during that month to avoid:
