May 14th 2024 Connection Issues

Greetings Teachers,
As many of you may be aware, some of our teachers experienced issues with connections yesterday on May 14th from approximately 17:30 to 21:30 GMT+8. Rest assured that our team was immediately made aware of this issue and we have removed all absences that took place during this time period. Any issues with connecting to the platform have already been resolved.
After investigating the problem, we found that most technical issues took place within Europe. Therefore, as a precaution, some teachers in Europe may be placed into the tutorJR session room instead of the standard TutorMeet room for some of their regular classes going forward. For those who may be unfamiliar, the tutorJR session room is the platform that we use for Disney classes. You can get familiar with the tutorJr session room quite quickly by going to the “Practice Room” page found under the “Training” tab:

I'm hoping I get the standard platform as I've demos today. We don't have the stickers/sounds on the tutorJR platform 🤔 and I'm wondering whether I need to upload the materials for my non-demo classes or will they be already there - guess, I'll find out.

@Mina-0 How is it going? Did you get the standard platform and slides showing up ok? I'm in The UK and just catching up on the news from yesterday. Curious to see how my sessions go today and what type of session room I will be in ...

@Sara-229 It all worked fine today - didn't have to login as Incognito, which was a relief!

I don't seem to have been paid for the session that was switched due to the system failure, I presume we will be reimbursed for the time?
