No scheduled classes

Is there something wrong with the number of classes this month, or am I the only one experiencing issues? Almost all of the time, I am available, and I hardly ever have a class scheduled. And I never miss class or cancel scheduled classes, so what's the issue? I would also like to know when this will be fixed if it is a problem.

The good thing is that they are using AI to schedule classes with no names, so you can't cancel them. Then AI deletes them with no penalty for the time you have wasted!

Management recommends that teachers do the training for juniors (Child Protection / Junior Orientation / OUP) If you want to get more classes because the demand for those classes is higher than adult classes. REG Adult classes are becoming less popular. Also you can consider joining the Speak Now team, and if you have experience teaching business English there's also CUP Business classes.

@Jennifer-M Hi Jennifer. As you know I have been with the company just as long as you. I do SN, I do OUP, I do teens, I do TOEIC, adults and children too,but I am still getting a small percentage of the classes I used to get for the last nine years. I also have 938 followers. I am now desperate to earn some money. The best day I have had in this last seven days, was Sunday, with six hours out of eight booked. I remember getting an email saying they were going to be in more countries, and be prepared for an influx of more students. but that hasn't materialized yet.

@Jennifer-M Not to mention IELTS Intensive classes. Huge increase in demand for these classes now.
I have three of them today and usually get them assigned every day.

@Clive-0 So sorry you are experiencing this.
Reset your MPT hours on your weekly schedule by submitting a new one. Ask comm center to do a hard reset of your schedule. The AI seems stuck for you for some strange reason. That might give it a kick up the jacksy.

@Gavin-0 I did the IELTS course, I was refused, even though I have taught IELTS for 20 years! I do the TOEIC and GEPT teens as well. But no IELTS for me.

Slow weekend for me, anyone else?

@Jelena-354 I didn't work the weekend but today (Monday) is slow. Only 1 25-minute class scheduled and 1 Standby hour out of 3 hours booked. Tomorrow looks better but Wednesday is only 1 25 minute class out of 3 hours booked. Hopefully things pick up in July once schools are over for the summer.

@Jelena-354 I took a week off and just came back to work. But 4/4 hours scheduled, so full schedule for me today. 🤷♀️
