My absence was invalidated.

Hi everyone, I’m hoping to get some advice or insight from anyone who’s experienced something similar.
Recently, one of my absences with TutorABC was successfully invalidated, bringing my total down to 5. However, even though my record now shows only 5 absences, my teaching schedule is still inactive. I’ve already contacted TutorABC support about it, but so far the issue hasn’t been resolved, and I’m unable to accept classes. I’m really eager to get back to teaching and miss my students a lot.
Has anyone here had the same issue — where an absence was removed but your schedule remained frozen?
If so, how long did it take for your account to be reactivated?
Did you need to escalate it, or was there a specific department or person who helped get things moving?Any advice, tips, or even just hearing your experience would be super helpful and appreciated! I was told to seek advice from TPRs regarding the matter.
Thanks so much in advance 💙

@Nsumbu My #1 suggestion would be to search this community. There are numerous threads and lots of helpful posts regarding absences, cancellations, shadow bans, etc. Try typing these words in the search along with other similar words.

@Wayne-1 will do, thank you

@Nsumbu Please send a message through the Help Center and ask to be reactivated after removal of an absence.

alright then, thank you for the advice

@Nsumbu Just my thoughts, being that you had an absence (and even though it was invalidated) you might be ghosted for 14 days.
