Booking Mandatory 5 hours during peak hours.

Good afternoon team!
I am in the process of completing my Onboarding, when I go to the "Submit Fix Schedule" page I am confused whether to choose the mandatory time slots from the "red" or "purple" hours. I would like to know if there is a phone app that we can use to check for bookings and notifications, Thank you very much in advance! Virginia
