Rejected Cancellation Request & ELCHK-30

Hello everyone,
I'm trying to cancel a scheduled class for Monday and received this message for the first time: "On this occasion, we've forwarded your cancellation request to the VC team regarding your VC session. Please submit the request again after the VC session has been removed. In the future, please submit all VC cancellations to the VC team directly, then cancel any remaining hours via the cancellation system. Many thanks for your cooperation."
I'm not entirely sure what this means. Is there anything else I should be doing? I’m unable to deliver that lesson, so I want to make sure it's properly canceled.
Also, this is my first time being assigned an "ELCHK-30" class. Does anyone have experience teaching this type of class? What should I expect?

@Nour-2 The sessions are 30 minutes long, so you should teach for that period. If you have back-to-back classes, sign in early to your next class to ensure you don't miss the start, since there are no breaks. Unlike regular classes, these cannot be canceled, but they usually offer more materials to work with. I typically spend the last 2 minutes reviewing the lesson, allowing me to (try) to end precisely at 30 minutes.

@Tequesta-0 hi i have those this coming Monday and they are with first timers and there isnt any material attached to the lesson what should l choose for a level 9 new student or rather how does it work..thanks

@Tequesta-0 Thank you for all these details and helpful tips! I find it a bit odd to have 30-minute classes scheduled without the system considering what this might entail or how it could impact other classes. Do you know why these classes aren't cancellable, or how they can be cancelled if it's not possible through the standard cancellation process? Also, is there a way to remove or avoid the tag for these types of classes?

The material appears about 4 hours before the class . the material and students are excellent . Apparently teachers have been selected via an e-mail -check yer junk mail .

I have asked to be taken off the ELCHK program due to my health issues. I hope they understand.

Why do you need to locate the school ,you won't be travelling there ,the lessons are online .

@Matthew-13 Yeah, sometimes you NEED that 5-minute respite between classes.

@Chris-2 why name the school if we can't Google it? You can learn a lot about the school from its website. It might be a Buddhist school or Christian school, these are things to consider.

@Rachel-358 The lesson shows up about 4 hours before. You would see it then.

@Nour-2 They can be canceled by emailing them. I'm also confused about why they are 30 minutes long. I think you can be removed from them, but I'm not sure. Try messaging the comm center and see what they say.

I have also received a rejection to my request even though the time off I need is almost two weeks away. This is an egregious rejection that deserves an explanation!

@Nour-2 Hi, to cancel classes you need to contact Steven Selley first. He will cancel the ELCHK and then you can put a cancellation for any other classes you may have.

I was told to contact the VC team directly. What is VC and how do I contact the team??

I Have a couple of thes classes monday that I Ihave not had. I tired to cancel the booked half hour bore but it would not let me do this. It was nop the sesson but a booked slot.
