Never receive Email reply

I sent several Email to helpme.tutorabc.com, but I never receive any Email reply. Even though I did receive replies before (about different matter), I didn't receive them until 1 months after the first Email was sent, and usually the problem was solved already. The Email I send this time is quite important since it's about some crucial document that requires the HQ to review and is related to my pay raise. I'm wondering if there is any way to speedy the reply process or there's anyone from the HQ that I can directly contact with. Or, I should just pay a visit to the HQ in person since it's just 20 minutes away from my place. I also wonder if there's anyone having the same problem.

Please create a ticket. If you don't get a reply in the specified time, please let one of the TPRs know - we'll chase it for you.
