What can one do to get more classes?

I don't understand how the algorithm works, and have only a vague idea of how/if students get to choose their next teacher. I assume my classes are assigned by an automated system because they almost always get assigned 4 hours in advance.
What can I do to get the automated system to like me more? Is it ratings? number of followers? number of trainings I've finished? phase of the moon I was born under?

- Number of trainings and activated TAGS - yes
- Higher ratings - yes
- Phase of the moon - not sure, have to ask about it!
AI assigns classes to students depending on their preferences. If a student wants a female teacher with a British accent, you won't get that one. :D

I would also do some research in the community because this question has been asked a few times and teachers have shared some good insight on what has worked for them.

@Daniel-468 The algorithm uses the name of your uncle's neighbour's window cleaner's goldfish ! (lol) and the colour of your socks.
Seriously though, Marko I. has answered correctly. and to be honest, there isn't much extra we can do, besides keeping our ratings high, and doing trainings, and trying to get as many tags as you can.
