Application for reinstatement as a Teacher
-
Dear Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I initially joined the company in 2016 and had the privilege of working alongside you for several rewarding years. Unfortunately, I lost the position during a period marked by significant personal hardship, including the sudden and profound loss of my mother at a young age under tragic and deeply distressing circumstances.
Having taken the necessary time to heal and recover, I find myself deeply missing the company and the fulfilling work I was privileged to do here. This role has always meant more to me than any other position I have held and it would truly be a joy to have the opportunity to rejoin the team.
We are all human, and sometimes life’s challenges take precedence. I would be incredibly grateful if you would consider welcoming me back as one of your teachers. I am also about to commence my Master’s degree and am eager to share my expanding knowledge to support others in achieving their learning goals. My past student reviews reflect my dedication, strong work ethic, and the positive rapport I established with both colleagues and learners alike.
Any guidance, advice or assistance in securing an interview would be sincerely appreciated. I hold the utmost respect for you all and look forward to the possibility of reconnecting.
Warm regards, Julie :-)

@Jennifer-M thanks so much, the page takes me to my old account though. I need to know how to re-apply :-)
-
@Julie-54 Oops! Send a message to helpme@tutorabc.com and let them know what's going on that you want to reapply but you have an account already.
-
@Jennifer-M Thanks so much Jennifer :-)

Hi @Julie-54,just wondering. Were you able to get reinstated already? I used to work with them back in 2019 but had to stop due to my pregnancy. Now I’m hoping to come back, but I still have my old account. Would love to hear what happened on your end!

How are people who are not currently working here able to message on the teacher community? I am just curious...
-
@Azeem @Jennifer-M Yes, I was wondering the same thing. No offense to those who can, but if a teacher hasn’t taught with us for years, why should they be able to know the inner workings of TABC?
-
@Wayne-1 I think you can raise this question in the next teacher live training.
-
@Galia-1 Maybe someone can address this before then?
-
These teachers whose accounts are still active in the community are from years ago before the new management took over. They don't have the manpower to go through every teacher who was fired or quit 3+ years ago to check if they're still here in the Community. We just report them as we see them with the exception of cases like this where they might possibly return to teach with us.
-
@Jennifer-M Thanks for responding, I appreciate the clarification. So actually, the company wants to keep prior teachers details in case anyone decides to return. It's a little bit risky if you ask me due to sensitive information and future company plans being revealed publicly. However, I can understand it might be tricky to delete details and keep tabs I guess. Thanks again! 😀

@Glaiza-0 Hi, I have been sent an email and have been asking to sign in to read the response to my ticket. However, I can't find the ticket in my account.

@Julie-54 Go to the Help Center, under HELP tab on your Home Page.

From the emails I have received from the company, I believe the company also pays attention to privacy and confidential documents.
