Questions regarding teaching materials

I'm a new teacher here (about to start next week), and I am seeking some advice.
So, I have got some time slots booked for next week. I was wondering when do you typically receive the lesson topic and teaching materials?
I haven't seen any materials yet and want to ensure I'm prepared. Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Mainly lessons are allocated 3-4 hours before the session start time, and that is when you will see the student's info and the lesson material.

It depends. OUP material, for example, can be viewed in your schedule weeks ahead sometimes. Other materials such as the Kids-A1 material appears about 4 hours ahead of the scheduled lesson. My advice, don't over-prepare because lessons can get cancelled up to an hour before the allocated time. I read through the material, make sure I know how to pace each slide and note any particular areas the student may need additional help / or simplified material depending upon their teacher's notes. Go to TEACHING>MY SESSION PAGE>select the student in the schedule on the left and click VIEW MATERIAL AND STUDENTS' INFO. One other piece of advice is to have one or two additional slides or pictures or something loaded up at the end of the slides (do this once you enter the classroom). Go to the end of the slides and click 'ADD BLANK PAGE' and then import either a searched picture or upload material of your own. I like to use 'FIND THE OBJECT' for vocabulary or slides that ask questions like "WHAT CAN YOU DO?" or "WHAT DO YOU LIKE?" to explore activities/hobbies/food etc. for the younger kids. For older/advanced students, you'll need to think of something more challenging. I hope this helps a little. We all have our own teaching methods and styles. This is just mine. Good luck!

Just to clarify:
when you see [Booked], it means you’ve opened the slot (it shows as green🟢)
The yellow dots (08:30 and 09:00) mean those classes are scheduled. 🟡And as @Marko-I and @Patrick-115 pointed out, classes can be scheduled up to 1 hour before the lesson starts, so keep an eye out.
The yellow dot will turn pink 10 minutes before the start and you will be able to enter the classroom. (🟡->🟣)
