Pending teaching profile elements

Hello teachers, especially fellow new ones like me!
I noticed that my profile picture, introduction video, and some other elements are still pending approval, but I'm already able to open time slots and create a schedule.Could this be the reason I’m not getting any classes yet?
Is anyone else in in the same situation but still receiving classes?

When did you upload them?
The best thing to do is to contact someone from the office:
Go to your Consultant portal ➡️ Help ➡️ Help Center ➡️ Contact Us
Department: My Profile
Subject: Pending Approval
Message: explain the situation
Once they're approved, you'll receive an official confirmation email.

I uploaded an update to my profile pictures on May 26th and sent a notification through the Help Center. I just went and checked and noticed that I had received an automated reply so I sent the request through again. Hopefully a person will take note this time.
UPDATE: My pictures and in-session intro slide have now been approved.
