Good day, everyone. I hope you are well.
I have a situation I hope you can advise me on. A flight was booked for me by someone else, but the times clash with my fixed schedule. I submitted a support ticket to the help center yesterday, but I’m concerned it might not be resolved in time—my flight is tomorrow.
Unfortunately, I don’t have any free passes available. Would it be possible to request leave, as things are still uncertain at this stage?

@Alicia-100 there is no such thing as leave on TutorABC. You will need to make the necessary cancellations and that is all you can do. You have more than enough time to cancel for tomorrow so do it as soon as possible.

@Alicia-100 yes you can cancel anything of course depending on how many days. Keep in mind cancellations do have an effect on future bookings.
