Cellphone needed to complete Paypal transfer option

Good morning guys,
I am in the final step of completing my onboarding and I was given a new signing agreement as well as the approval to select Paypal as my payment method, however, I have hit a snag; upon inputing the information a prompt pops up that in order to complete the application, I need to first input my cellphone number on the form (which I have). I do not know how to proceed and I am very eager to start.
Any ideas guys? Attached you will find the pic of the prompt.

no, it doesn't let me continue.
It just disappears, nothing is saved and when you refresh the page, the previous information is again put into the form (in my case it was the ACH payment option).

@Christian-75 I have encountered the same issue. I believe it might be a bug and have mentioned this to the payroll team through email already as I need to fill up the change of bank information as requested. You should write an email to the help comm reporting this asap.
