@Sanja-52 exactly!

You're doing the right things, in my opinion. Do as many trainings as you can, open slots during the peek hours, don't cancel any classes ( at this moment), and maintain a stable schedule.
I know it's not easy at the beginning but you will build followers and you will get busier in the summer. 💕

@Oriana-1 Thanks a lot for you motivating words! 😍

make sure to open your available slots at least 3-4 weeks out to get scheduled!!

@Lamyaa Unfortunately, it's a double-edged sword; it takes time to build a base of students, but it also requires that you sign up during peak hours, and set a permanent schedule. If you're doing this already (signing up during peak hours/setting a permanent schedule), then be patient. It just takes one excellent class to get the ball rolling. When I started in 2017, I was dismayed at how often I didn't get students to teach. But now I have a nice base of followers (2,722).

All I can say is I glad I joined and commuted fully to the demo team otherwise I’d be very worried.

@Lamyaa Same thing for me. So, I am thinking of stopping teaching. T.T

@Lamyaa I am not in management but a fellow teacher as yourself. I approach this topic and your question with respect, kindness, and sincerity. I've been on this platform for over three years. I can tell you, getting your "foot in the door" is a huge thing. Try to open as many hours as you physically can - at least in the beginning. Once you start getting classes, then everything else will follow. I don't know how many hours per 7-day week you open up, but I would advise you to open up more than typical.

@Alan-68 Years ago, I used to open 10–14 hours a day on weekdays and 8 on weekends but only got around 5 scheduled classes a day. Now, if I open 10–14 hours, I usually get 8–10. Just two weeks ago, I had 13 hours scheduled and had to drop 2 (over 48 hours in advance, so it didn’t affect my cancellation rate). I’ve taught up to 11 hours in a day, and I still do 1–2 ten-hour days a week (I really dislike that many hours!). It’s a lot, but I’ll take it while it lasts.

@Lamyaa, HI Lamyaa, I second most of the responses you've received. Also, remember that the first response from the help centre might very well be an automated response. If it's a generic automated response, remember to respond with the same query again. Then you should get a human response. Good luck and don't give up too soon!!! Also, try and open up manual slots in advance- weekly bookings and click on open slots, you can do this for weeks in advance. (Set schedules usually load on about the 21st of the month)
