Checking In About a Switched Class
-
@YiChien According to our SA, accumulating 6 absences in a period of 6 months will result in termination
-
@Chien-Hao Yes, right. Thank you, Chien. :) I checked it last night. Six absences lead to termination.
-
Thank you. That is clever. :)

@Melissa-7 said in Checking In About a Switched Class:
And when you open your next class while still in the current one make sure to stay on that tab long enough to be sure there isn't a pop-up message that prevents the classroom page from loading. Also to make sure that you haven't accidentally hit the "View Material & Student Info" button instead of the "Start" button. That's happened to many of us a time or two in our haste to get back to our current class.
Thank you, Melissa!!!! I found it very helpful!

One more question—will this record stay with us forever? Thanks.
-
@YiChien An absence disappears after six months from the date it was recorded. In addition, absences could affect your schedules or, if they are happening too often, put you in a shadow ban from your clients.
-
@Chien-Hao Thank you!
-
@YiChien always remember to open a second tab and check in to your next lesson, around 10 mins before
-
@Deborah-0 Thank you. :)
