@Nikola-4 If you don't continue to make more cancelations, yes.

Does this refer to all cancellations (scheduled or not) or only when canceling scheduled ones?
Or any cancellations of a scheduled student within 48 hours in the last 14 days?I know further down it states canceling unscheduled slots won't have an effect but just wanted to confirm this for regular students.

Only this affects future scheduling.

@Marko-Ilic Perfect, thank you👍
-
So I can't have any time off without penalty :/
-
@Marko-Ilic So if you have a regular student who has booked several lessons through the month & you cancel a session with that student, will the later bookings with that student still remain or be removed?
-
@Cherry I would also want to know when it goes into effect.
If I have a student who is booked as far as 3 weeks from now, and I cancel that day, does this policy go into effect immediately or does it go into effect on the date of the cancellation?
-
@Marko-Ilic So, if we take a vacation we are basically being punished for it? :D
-
Oh wait, if I cancel a few sessions waaaaaay ahead of time... then I'm ok?
-
@Alistair Not sure I understand, please elaborate.
-
@Eva-G Yes, thank you. Only canceling between 1 and 48 hours will affect your future scheduling.
-
@Marko-Ilic Got it! :D Sorry, didn't see the previous comments... but thanks for the confirmation. 🤗🙌
-
blurble blurblefef. Ok. Guess I am understanding it all a bit more now. Thanks. I still wish there was some protection for emergency situations, especially if the teacher shows no pattern of it.
-
@Marko-Ilic It seems any cancellation has an impact on scheduling for the next 2 week after. I dee, that a form of punishment or being reprimanded. Why block a student? Utter madness. You're just the messenger so not aiming at you Marco of course!

As this service is still relatively new and considered a work-in-progress, we’re constantly revisiting the balance between the flexibility of teachers’ schedules and students’ satisfaction with the service.
@Royce-0 As it says, work in progress, emergency situations will be reviewed to be added in the future.

@Marko-Ilic ok, good to know! Thanks!

I'm literally the last person to complain about stuff, but this "clarification" is anything BUT a clarification. If anything, it makes it worse. This doesn't clear anything out, it creates even more questions.
But especially this part is something that I cannot accept at all:
"Due to optimised computing capacity, it’s sometimes possible that the teacher might be completely hidden to certain students."I'm sorry, what? No, this needs to either be crystal clear or it's just the lamest excuse I've ever seen.
-
@Filipe From my point of view it cannot be more clear. Don't cancel SCHEDULED classes within 48 hours, unless you really really have to, and you won't be blocked in any way. As clear as that.

@Marko-Ilic It actually all sounds pretty good. When does this start?
