      @Azeem @Alia-9 From March to June, I’ve averaged only 3–4 junior 25-minute classes per month. So out of 200+ classes, 98–99% have been 45-minute sessions. At least I get a 10–15 minute break each hour; though I usually go 5–7 minutes over with many of my regulars.

      @Lamyaa, HI Lamyaa, I second most of the responses you've received. Also, remember that the first response from the help centre might very well be an automated response. If it's a generic automated response, remember to respond with the same query again. Then you should get a human response. Good luck and don't give up too soon!!! Also, try and open up manual slots in advance- weekly bookings and click on open slots, you can do this for weeks in advance. (Set schedules usually load on about the 21st of the month)
